My love for food started with my grandmother. Growing up with a 100% Italian matriarch and spending time visiting family in Italy shaped how I understand quality and tradition. Pastanauts is my way of bringing that genuine appreciation for pasta and Italian culture to our local community.

A CORPORATE DETOUR

I spent over 15 years working in the food industry before taking a detour into the corporate office world. But sitting behind a desk, I found myself still itching to cook. The gravitational pull of the kitchen was simply too strong to ignore. I had to get back to what I loved.

Pastanauts is where old-world tradition meets the modern farmers market. We combine authentic, premium Italian flour with the incredible, fresh ingredients sourced directly from the West Virginia farmers market scene. It's an intergalactic collision of flavor.
